Fashion dilemma

You guys, can you help with my fashion dilemma? What color shoes to wear with navy? Black or brown? In the summer, I wear red summery shoes with navy, but winter does not allow those options.

    You can wear both. Brown is easier, but black is also ok AS LONG AS it is clear that the clothing is navy and the black shoes are black - i.e., it looks purposeful, and not like you got dressed in the dark and thought your navy skirt/pants were black.
